The Protev Group is currently looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English), energetic, intelligent, and results-driven Project Manager. The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for bringing the company to the next level. This key position will require the candidate to have some knowledge in different areas such as Project Management, KPIs, Automotive, among others.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control of KPIs, participation in weekly meetings
- Support of requalification regarding reporting, weekly meetings
- Creation of dismantling plans, rework
- Management of projects, buy-off planning with quality management teams
- Process tracking
- Preparing for audits
- Increase / change in the shift system, coordination of responses
- Preselection of potential suppliers
- Collection of information regarding turnover from suppliers for USA
- Enter times and changes
- Planning of overtime and vacation time as well as planning and tracking of Trainings
- Preparation and moderation of meetings
- Planning and billing of trips
- Create and present presentations at meetings
- Technical college or university degree in the technical field
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in project management
- Fluent in Spanish & English
